Panna questions the act of metamorphosis through organic matter. She explores how transformation can never be observed as a whole but only through stages. Different versions unfolding over time. Approaching this concept through wheat, the installation highlights three distinct stages of the metamorphosis, embodied as material, symbol and archetype.

Wheat holds a deep connection to people's lives, particularly in Slavic cultures, where it is both a symbol of fertility and a need for survival. It nurtures and represents the collective identity of the people.

Looking at the installation you can only ever witness one stage of metamorphosis at a time, indicating how transformation is always partially hidden, never fully revealed.
